Water Jet – Pulpstone Conditioning System
Water Jet is a stone conditioning system based on the use of ultra-high water pressure. The system consists of a jet device, an ultra-high pressure unit, tubing, control valve and a user display for remote control.
Water Jet offers new parameters for process control. Treatment intensity can be controlled by adjusting the water pressure. The interval between treatments can serve as another control parameter.
Water Jet Control is a fully automated control software for the intensity and timing of a Water Jet pulpstone conditioning.
There exists a steady demand for improvements in the quality of paper pulp components. Water Jet Control is an automated grinding-control consept that serves to increase production at the desired pulp quality and to reduce quality variation. It also reduces grinder stock prepartion processe and reduces grinder operation costs.
The Water Jet Control system can be intergrated with the mill DCS system.
