We can now offer a number of upgrade packages that will ensure more reliable operation of Robotyer BBE-1006.
Tension absorbers
The tension absorbers even out the pull during infeeding, ensure that the wire tension is stable and reduce the risk of wire knots forming in the wire accumulator. This will reduce the incidence of problems in the twist drive unit and the rail system. The fixed guide wheels in the feeding unit are replaced with a flexible tension absorber.
Grease lubrication equipment
New lubrication system for the twist drive unit in the Robotyer, that ensures more reliable operation, less wear and an improved environment as a result of reduced oil spillage. Earlier models of the Robotyer did not include lubrication equipment.
Change from pressure intensifier to Trio cylinders
As the pressure is built inside the cylinders, it is possible to reduce it. This will result in improved safety, prolonged component life and more reliable operation. New cover plates are mounted.
New wire accumulator
The new wire accumulator gives improved control over the wire and minimizes the risk of wire knots forming inside the machine.
Wire guides
This is a completely new device that improves binding by ensuring that the wire is always placed correctly on the bale and also makes dewiring with automatic machines easier.
New type of hatch with inspection window
The existing hatch is replaced by a new type of hatch with an inspection window, which makes it possible to observe the yoke and feeding wheel during operation.
