ZeroGap – Thrust bearing system for disc chippers

To obtain high quality chips requires a minimal, constant distance between the knife edge and the bedknife.

Conventional bearings allow for excessive axial motion. ZeroGap is a bearing design that neutralizes axial motion, thus minimizing slivers and fines from the chips.

ZeroGap can be installed in all chippers with conventional bearings.
