Bale press – Photocell upgrade PR-15
The photocell upgrade for PR-15 helps you maximize production and minimize stops and alarms by offering the following features:
- Higher availability
- Fewer alarms
- Simpler adjustment
- Bale auto-centering
- Well protected sensors
By monitoring the photocells and controlling the conveyor motor, the bale is positioned in the centre of the press table. Two photocells mounted vertically are used to make sure
that no false alarms are generated by paper
sheets sticking out of the bale.
